3. We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and to comply with our legal obligations. If you have not made a booking with us for a period of three years we will securely delete your personal data unless you have requested otherwise.
4. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms we will notify you and the Information Commissioner's Office as required by law.
Who We Share Your Information With
1. We will never sell your personal data to any third party under any circumstances.
2. We may share your personal data with trusted third party service providers who help us operate our business, such as our booking system provider GoHighLevel and our payment processor. 3. In the event of a wedding booking, relevant details about your dog may be shared with Samantha George of Centre Paws Pet Spa solely for the purpose of providing the grooming and pamper service booked. No other personal data will be shared without your consent.
